SnagPod Life Impact™ — Account & Data Deletion
SnagPod LLC respects your privacy and provides users of SnagPod Life Impact with the ability to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Delete Your Account in the App
To initiate account deletion directly from the SnagPod Life Impact app:

Sign in to SnagPod Life Impact.

Open Life Impact.

Select My Account.

Scroll to the bottom of the page.

Select Delete Account.

Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm your request.
Request Account Deletion Outside the App
If you are unable to access your account, you may request account deletion by contacting SnagPod LLC at info@snagpodllc.com.
Your request should include the email address associated with your SnagPod Life Impact account so that we can identify the correct account. We may need to verify your identity before processing the request.
Data Deleted
When an account deletion request is completed, SnagPod will delete or de-identify personal information associated with the account as applicable, including account/profile information and personally identifiable program participation data.
Data That May Be Retained
Certain information may be retained when necessary to comply with applicable legal, regulatory, contractual, security, fraud-prevention, audit, or recordkeeping requirements. Where appropriate, information may also be retained in de-identified or aggregated form that is no longer reasonably linked to an individual user.
Any retained information will be maintained only for the period necessary for the applicable purpose and handled in accordance with SnagPod's Privacy Policy and applicable law.
