Raymond E. Wiggins, Jr

Raymond E. Wiggins Jr. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SnagPod LLC, a Michigan-based technology company focused on developing innovative solutions at the intersection of public safety, behavioral wellness, prevention, accountability, and data-driven technology. Wiggins brings more than two decades of law enforcement and public safety experience to the company. His career includes service with the Pontiac Police Department and Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, where he gained experience in patrol operations, SWAT, school-based policing, investigations, community engagement, and public safety initiatives. Following his retirement from the Oakland County Sheriff’s Office, he continued his commitment to the justice system as an Investigator with the Oakland County Public Defender’s Office.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master of Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, providing him with a foundation that combines executive leadership, business strategy, information technology, and real-world public safety experience.

As an entrepreneur and innovator, Wiggins created SnagPod’s automated breath-alcohol testing kiosk technology, which was recognized with the 2010 NOBLE Technology Champion of the Year Award. His vision for SnagPod has since expanded beyond alcohol-monitoring technology into a broader portfolio of technology-based prevention, wellness, education, and accountability solutions, including the SnagPod Wellness Safe Place and SnagPod Life Impact platforms.

In addition to his professional career, Wiggins has an extensive record of leadership and service within Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He currently serves as the 27th Polemarch of the Pontiac Alumni Chapter, where he provides executive leadership for chapter operations, community initiatives, membership engagement, and strategic programming.Â
Wiggins has also served the fraternity at the provincial level. Beginning in 2016, he served in the office of the Northern Province Keeper of Exchequer, later being elected to the position. His years of provincial service provided significant experience in organizational governance, financial stewardship, policy administration, strategic planning, and working with undergraduate and alumni chapters across the Northern Province.Throughout his fraternity leadership, Wiggins has remained committed to community-focused programming, including initiatives addressing mental health and wellness, expungement and second-chance opportunities, youth development, education, civic engagement, and community service.
His combination of executive leadership, public safety experience, technology development, business education, organizational governance, and community service shapes his approach to leading SnagPod. J'Mari H. Wiggins

J’Mari Wiggins serves as President of SnagPod LLC, helping lead the company’s operational strategy, business development, organizational growth, and expansion of its technology-based public safety and wellness solutions.

Wiggins is currently pursuing a degree in Supply Chain Management at Western Michigan University, where his academic studies focus on the systems, procurement, logistics, and operational strategies required to successfully manage and scale organizations. He is also employed with Stellantis in Purchasing, providing him with practical corporate experience in procurement, supplier relationships, purchasing operations, and the automotive industry.

In addition to his academic and professional experience, Wiggins has developed significant leadership experience through Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. He serves as Junior Vice Polemarch of the Northern Province, representing undergraduate members and providing leadership across the province. His position gives him experience in organizational leadership, communication, collaboration, and working with stakeholders across multiple chapters and institutions.

Eric Edwards
Chief Operating Officer
Eric Edwards serves as Chief Operating Officer (COO) of SnagPod LLC, providing executive leadership over the company’s day-to-day operations, project execution, organizational infrastructure, and implementation of strategic initiatives.
Edwards brings professional experience in project management, technology implementation, operational process development, strategic partner coordination, stakeholder management, and operational execution. In his professional career, he has served as a project manager with PIER Group, where his work has involved coordinating complex technology projects, developing and standardizing operational processes, managing strategic partner relationships, working across internal and external teams, and helping move initiatives from planning through implementation.
As COO of SnagPod, Edwards works closely with Founder and CEO Raymond E. Wiggins Jr. and President J’Mari Wiggins to translate the company’s strategic vision into executable operational plans. His responsibilities include coordinating internal projects, establishing scalable business processes, overseeing implementation timelines, supporting organizational partnerships, and ensuring that SnagPod’s technology initiatives progress from development through successful deployment.
His project-management background is particularly valuable as SnagPod expands its portfolio of technology solutions, including the company’s public safety, behavioral wellness, prevention, and accountability platforms. Edwards helps establish the operational discipline necessary to coordinate technology development, pilot programs, institutional partners, vendors, and other stakeholders as the company grows.

Damon O. Dorkins
Chief Quality & Compliance Officer
Damon Dorkins serves as Chief Quality & Compliance Officer of SnagPod LLC, providing executive leadership in quality assurance, operational standards, compliance, risk management, and continuous process improvement.

Dorkins brings a unique combination of nearly 25 years of law enforcement experience and private-sector quality leadership to SnagPod. His extensive career in public safety provided him with firsthand experience operating in highly regulated environments where accountability, sound judgment, policy compliance, documentation, and consistent operational standards are essential.

Following his law enforcement career, Dorkins transitioned into the automotive industry and currently serves as a Quality Supervisor with General Motors. In this capacity, he brings valuable experience in quality management, performance standards, process improvement, problem resolution, and ensuring that established procedures consistently produce reliable outcomes.

As Chief Quality & Compliance Officer, Dorkins works across SnagPod's executive and technology teams to help establish the policies, procedures, quality-control systems, and operational safeguards necessary to support the company's continued growth. Joseph Miller

Joseph Miller serves as Chief Public Safety & Community Engagement Officer for SnagPod LLC, providing executive leadership in law enforcement relations, public safety strategy, community partnerships, and the practical implementation of SnagPod technologies within public safety environments.

Miller brings more than 27 years of law enforcement experience, providing him with extensive knowledge of policing, public safety operations, community engagement, and the challenges facing law enforcement agencies and the communities they serve. His career has given him a firsthand understanding of how prevention, accountability, education, and technology can work together to improve public safety outcomes.

In addition to his law enforcement career, Miller is Co-Founder of the Crosshairs Foundation, further demonstrating his commitment to community service, outreach, and creating opportunities to positively impact individuals and families.

Tykese Brown
Chief Technology Officer
Tykese Brown serves as Chief Technology Officer for SnagPod LLC, providing executive leadership for the company’s technology strategy, digital infrastructure, product development, and continued innovation.

Based in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Brown brings a technology-focused perspective to SnagPod’s executive leadership team. In his role, he works closely with the CEO, President, and other executives to translate SnagPod’s business and public-impact objectives into secure, scalable, and practical technology solutions.

As CTO, Brown helps guide the technological direction of SnagPod’s growing portfolio, including the SnagPod Wellness Safe Place platform, SnagPod Life Impact, and future digital products and technology initiatives. His responsibilities include technology planning, software-development oversight, systems architecture, cybersecurity and data-protection strategy, technical vendor coordination, emerging technology evaluation, and establishing the infrastructure necessary to support organizational growth.

Brown also plays an important role in evaluating opportunities involving artificial intelligence, data analytics, mobile technology, cloud infrastructure, systems integration, and automation. His leadership helps ensure that new technologies are evaluated not simply for innovation, but for their ability to solve practical problems and deliver measurable value to SnagPod’s customers and institutional partners.
