Connect With Your Student Through SnagPod Wellness Safe Place

Your student has invited you to become a connected Parent/Guardian inside the SnagPod Wellness Safe Place app.

SnagPod Wellness Safe Place is designed to help students check in early, request support when needed, and stay connected with trusted adults before challenges become a crisis.

How To Connect Your Account

Step 1: Create Your Parent/Guardian Account

Open the SnagPod Wellness Safe Place app and create a new account using your email address.

​

Step 2: Select Parent/Guardian

During registration, choose Parent/Guardian as your account type.

​

Step 3: Link To Your Student

After logging in, tap Link Student with Code from your dashboard.

​

Step 4: Enter Your Six-Digit Invite Code

Enter the six-digit code your student sent you by text message.

Once complete, your account will be securely connected to your student’s wellness profile.

What Parents/Guardians Can Access

As a connected Parent/Guardian, you may be able to:

• View wellness check-in history

• Receive important support notifications

• Access family wellness resources

• Communicate non-emergency concerns to the support team

• Stay informed when your student may need additional help

 

Important Note

SnagPod Wellness Safe Place is not a replacement for emergency services. If your student is in immediate danger or experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 right away.
