By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Purpose of the Platform

The SnagPod Wellness Safe Place platform is designed to promote behavioral wellness, emotional well-being, substance misuse prevention, personal accountability, and access to supportive resources. The Platform is intended for educational, wellness, and community support purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or emergency services.

Eligibility

Users must meet applicable age requirements or obtain appropriate parent or legal guardian consent when required by law or participating organization.

Minor participants may be required to obtain verified parental or guardian approval before full participation is granted.

User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information.

• Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

• Use the Platform lawfully and respectfully.

• Refrain from attempting unauthorized access or disrupting Platform operations.

• Report suspected security concerns promptly.

 

Wellness Information

Information submitted through wellness check-ins may be reviewed by authorized personnel participating in wellness support, program administration, or emergency response as permitted by applicable law and organizational agreements.

 

Emergency Situations

The Platform may generate alerts when a participant reports information suggesting an elevated wellness concern or safety risk.

SnagPod LLC, participating organizations, and authorized personnel may contact designated emergency contacts when appropriate.

The Platform is not a replacement for emergency services.

Intellectual Property

All software, technology, designs, trademarks, copyrights, logos, graphics, educational materials, and proprietary processes remain the exclusive property of SnagPod LLC unless otherwise stated.

No portion of the Platform may be copied, modified, reverse engineered, distributed, or reproduced without written authorization.

 

Suspension or Termination

SnagPod LLC may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms, misuse of the Platform, fraudulent activity, or security concerns.

 

Disclaimer

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as required by law.

SnagPod LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific outcomes resulting from participation.

 

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SnagPod LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform.

 

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
